Winemaker’s CUT Sauvignon Blanc showcases a bright, light straw color. On the nose, it offers inviting aromas of pear, pineapple, white peach, and a hint of fresh green herbs. The palate is medium-bodied and dry, featuring flavors of green plum and a touch of oak, leading to a round and balanced finish. This expressive Sauvignon Blanc combines bright citrus fruits with fresh-cut grass and herbs, leading to a precise, stony palate with exceptional fruit concentration sustained by balanced, crisp acidity. The wine is naturally vegan.
