This complex and textured Chardonnay dazzles with aromas and flavors of spiced pear, green melon, tangerine, and vanilla. Fermentation with native yeasts in temperature-controlled stainless steel and 20% new French oak took place before aging in Remond, Damy, & Seguin Moreau Icone Blanc barrels for 10 months! Vineyard sources for this bottling span the Willamette Valleys sub-AVAs, enabling production of a wine that is a true representation of the Valley as a whole.
