A rare, wonderful, one of a kind pet nat made from 100% Kisi, a native Georgian variety. Light amber color and lightly fizzy. Made in the traditional style of sparkling wine (Ptillant Naturel or “Machari” in Georgia). Aromas and flavors or wet stone, pear, dried banana, grapefruit, ginger, white flowers, tropical fruit. With a pleasant, yeasty finish.
